  • London

Ahh Foggy Old London Town, or “FOLT”, as my friends and I have come to call it. London is one of my favorite cities in the world. Excellent public transportation makes getting around fun and easy, there’s access to museums and shows, and it has some of the tastiest food of anywhere I’ve ever been. Click below to read up on some of my London adventures and some of my favorite pubs.

  • Seville

Singing Flamenco with strangers outside a bodega, following a brass band as it weaves through the city, accidentally getting stuck in an Easter parade processing through the narrow, winding, cobblestone roads on my way to a Flamenco show, and getting to experience the annual Feria Festival with my dad. See why I think Seville is one of the most magical cities in the world.

  • Lisbon

Great weather and great food. Also a lot of steps. LOTTTTT of steps. I spent just over 48 hours in Lisbon but still managed to have more meals than what makes practical sense for that amount of time and happened to have a big sausage mishap…

  • Bath, UK

If your streaming service algorithm keeps serving up British period pieces, you need to visit Bath. It’s a short trip from London and an absolutely beautiful city that will make you feel like you’re in Bridgerton, Pride and Prejudice, or Downton Abbey. All that s**t. You may also get offered drugs on your train ride out…

  • Cambridge, UK

Sadly, I was only able to spend a few hours in Cambridge. Got lost in the quad. Convinced it was a litmus test and/or social experiment. Not smart enough for Cambridge.

Take a peek at how the impromptu trip came about and why I’m keen to go back.

  • Edinburgh

This description field simply does not offer enough space to adequately convey why Edinburgh is so wondrous. Reminisce with me the frivolities of the trip I took to Edinburgh with several of my buddies over Halloween all dressed up as Elvis. Also, If you’re a Harry Potter fan, you NEED to go.

  • Nice, FR

Friendly locals, opportunities for day trips, fun night life, the most epic run I’ve ever been on through the French Riviera, and a failed, cheesy, pick-up line turns into a French woman speaking English impersonating a French woman speaking English. Yes, you probably had to be there to find it as funny as I do, but all the same Nice is…perfectly agreeable.

  • Hawaii (The Big Island)

A wedding for one of my dear friends took me to Hawaii where I flew a space ship, hiked to the top of an active volcano gurgling liquid hot magma, went cliff jumping, and against all odds completed a spiritual quest up to the top of the tallest mountain in the world…

  • Suwannee River

If you live in Florida and/or love canoeing and camping trips, I can’t recommend a trip down the Suwannee enough. Read up on an easy, fun trip I did with several of my friends, and see which bourbon was the best on the river.
